No, you can't get admission in top colleges like RVC, MS Ramaiya, PESIT Bangalore with this score in COMEDK for civil or mechanical engineering. You will get lower colleges like JSS or Dayanand, that only in second or third round. So you can apply for these colleges at the time of counselling. Best of luck.
