My TNEA cut-off is 187.5. Will I get admission in top colleges like PSG or Thiagarajar College through counselling?

You have greater chances in Thiagarajar College than PSG.

There are 2 PSGs. One is government aided and the other one is self financed. Although the name sounds the same they are two different entities. Second you haven't mentioned about your caste so I assume you are an OC candidate. Now comes to my answer to your question. Thyagaraja College is not possible. PSG aided also not possible. I would suggest you to go for Sastra. They have better curriculum than Anna university.
