My TS EAMCET rank is 9063, Mains rank is 30599, IPE marks is 959. Can I get a seat in any of these Vasavi,MGIT,CBIT, or Srinidhi?

Yeah, you can get into them. You have not mentioned your category which is other than OC. You can get directly into Vasavi, MGIT and CBIT. If you belong to OC, you should try for spot admissions which will be held after counseling.
