My UG (B.com) and PG()MBA) was correspondence courses but i want do P.HD in abroad its possible.if possible mean can u tell about that ?

I done my B.com through correspondence with 56 % after that i worked as a receptionist and back office admin after 2yrs of my work experience i done my MBA through correspondence with 65% . and over more i have a exprience at HR - Admin also but now i want do P.HD in abroad with scholarship.
