My university awards percentage out of the honors paper only and ignores the subsidiary papers. will i do the same while filling mba forms.

I am from patna university and my annual exam consists of 4 honors paper and 2 subsidiary papers. the university awards percentage based on the marks scored in honors paper only and it is mentioned in marksheet such as 309/400. should i do the same while filling mba entrance exam forms .
