My UPSEE open rank is 2812 and GNGL rank is 499, are there any chances to get into a government college of AKTU through lateral entry?

There is no chance in government college at this rank. Because 1 seat in each branch of girls quota makes it very tough to get admission in government college for lateral entry. You have a good chance for a good private college.

First of all, congratulations to get a decent rank in UPTU. According to your rank, there is 100% chance of getting IERT-Allahabad or Feroz Gandhi Institute of Engineering And Technology-Raibarely. And, I will suggest you to go in last round of counselling, because there are good chances of getting
