Try to sit in all rounds of counselling you will definitely get AKGEC IT branch, (little tough for CSE,) but you can grab any branch, if you will sit in all rounds of counseling.

You can get a government college with your rank. I will suggest you to consider top state government colleges of India if you have given JEE Mains.
