No, you can't get the college with this rank. You can get this college only through the management quota.

Sorry, there is no chance to get JSSATE Noida Mechanical Engineering for General candidates at this rank. But you can try through Management Quota.

Sorry dear as your rank is quite much low so it's not possible to get mechanical branch in JSS,Greater Noida. You may try for BBD Ghaziabad, BBD Lucknow, Shri Ramswaroop Memorial, ABES, etc.
