My UPSEE rank is 8137 and OBC rank is 2104. Can I get any government college for mechanical or EE?

My UPSEE marks- 312. Please tell me the best college possible for me for B.Tech.

    If you want a well-established government college, then it can be little difficult but if you want only "government college tag" then the four newly established government colleges I. e. , Rajkiya Engineering College (Band, Mainpuri, Ambedkar Nagar and Bijnour) are easily obtainable as per your rank.
