My UPTU OBC rank is 19000. Can I get ABES or Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering college?

Getting into these college is quite difficult but you can try your level best by waiting till the last round of the counselling, but the chances are low.

It is really tough to get any of the colleges. You may try for IMS or RKGIT.
