My vit rank is 92398 whether I can get seat?

You can't get a seat in normal counselling, but you can get admission when you try from the management quota where you can get a seat in category 5. -
You will get seat but not in main campus that is VIT, Vellore if you are thinking for CSE or other good branches like electronics, IT, etc.
