My VITEEE rank is 107282 which branch I can get in vit Bhopal or vit Andhra Pradesh.

You can get admission in all branches but in the case of CSE maybe you would get a seat in the second category (categories based on fee). In the rest of the branches, you would easily get seats only in the first category.
