My VITEEE rank is 66955 and qualified for phase 2. Will I get admission in VIT with affordable fees? Should I go for counselling?

You will not get the college at an affordable fee at all and you will not get a desired seat too.

At this rank, you won't be able to get your desired branch. You'll definitely be able to take admission in the institute probably in the Chennai campus, but CS branch will not be available to you as it gets filled up really quickly. Also, any branch you take, the fees amount will be really large. I will suggest you consider other colleges if not VIT.
