My waitlist number is 255, can I expect confirmation? If yes, then till when will I get to know?

It's hard to say, if it gets cleared. But it can be possible if more students above you who are not willing to take admission Or withdraw in between, you may have a chance. So, just be hopeful. -

It though a little difficult to clear this number in the wait list, I can't say that you would get the confirmation. You get to know by June if you've cleared the wait list. I would advise, rather apply in some other institutes as well. Remaining, you can call up the university people to get the exact answers and details.
