My ward has not appeared in NATA entrance but we have a problem with the fees. Please advice.

Please contact the university, they will assists you with complete procedures.
Since NATA is not taken up, there might be a university exam which has to be cleared as an entrance exam.
Fees may be approx. 3-5 LPA. -
NATA is compulsory for a candidate to pursue B.Arch course. Without NATA eligibility, one cannot take admission for B.Arch. And if your ward has written JEE 2nd Paper and is declared eligible by competent authority, he can take admission in REVA University.
