My WBJEE gmr rank in 2019 is 21000 what will be my obc b rank.

It is very hard to guess the OBC rank. It is given by WBJEE only on the result portal. -
You actually have to try for Private Engineering Colleges of West Bengal since Government Engineering Colleges close seat allocation at much lower ranks. As far as private engineering colleges are considered, Heritage is better than the other private engineering colleges in West Bengal. In that case, I would suggest you opt for the Heritage Institute of Technology and I am quite sure you will get admitted. If the general admission seats are filled, you still have the management quota where you need to invest some hard-earned cash for admission into engineering.
