I don't think, you'll get EE in Jadavpur University. You may try other government colleges. If you could tell me your general rank then I can suggest more. But, during counselling arrange your choice of stream and college accordingly, if luck favors, then you might get chance.

You'll definitely get Jalpaiguri government engineering College and even Kalyani too. If you don't have problem studying in private colleges then try IEM and Heritage. But don't forget to fill out your first preference as EE in Jadavpur University, you never know what might happen. Best of luck!

Yes, you got slight chances of getting admission in JU in EEE branch rest you can visit there official site and see. More details cut offs of that university.

There is no minimum passing mark for WBJEE. However, for admission, candidates should have score minimum 45% marks in 12th qualifying examination (40% for reserved categories). 

No, WBJEE is held as an annual exam. WBJEEB will conduct WBJEE as a one day examination consisting of two papers, Paper 1 (Mathematics) and Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry).

WBJEE form fill up date 2026 is not expected to be released with official notification. After WBJEE exam date is announced, authorities will announce application form dates separately at official website.
