Hi,
With 13203 rank in WBJEE, you may try in Techno India College of Technology in applied electronics and instrumentation engineering or computer science engineering branch.
With this rank, you may even try in :
-RCC Institute of Information Technology
-Netaji Subhash College of Engineering

As per your rank it is difficult but not that much difficult so wait until last round of admission .
