My WBJEE rank is 19890, and I got 90% in H.S exam. Can I get admission in any government college?

Your rank in WBJEE appears to be good. However to get a seat in government college one needs to be in at least 90 percentile since almost every one gives top priority to government college. But take part in admission process and hope for the best.
