My wife completed her 10th and want to do a distance degree in open University in Chennai. What is the procedure?

Does she need to write any eligibility exam to pursue distance degree? When was the last date to appear for the exam?

    I assume that your wife has not completed 12th exams. So, one needs to complete 12th boards before pursuing any course in any University.
