My wife is 43 years old from Kolkata. She has done M.Sc maths but not B.Ed. What is her scope in a teaching job?

If B.Ed is done, she would have got better opportunities in Teaching. At present, the opportunities are quite good as there are quite less teachers who teach mathematics, so it is easy to get in any of the schools as a teacher.
