Your wife needs to have finished her undergraduation in order to do study medicine in Canada. International students who have completed 12th cannot directly apply to the md program there unlike india where a student directly enrolls into. Mbbs. in canada its a must that student completes 4yrs of ug to apply for medicine.If she has completed her Ug then she can apply for medicine but she has to write MCAT entrance test along with ielts or toefl to prove her English skills.
