My Younger brother is completed his B.Com. Can any one have an idea about what he has to do. i mean he has try for job or have to do study ?

Dear, According to me he should do further studies ,depending on his interest he can do MBA/M.com etc.If he want to job then he can do and side by side he can do further studies through distance learning.

He can go for CA or MCom or even MBA. Alternatively, If he's creative, you can also consider going for Design and Animation.

If there is a good job in waiting, he can certainly go for it.Otherwise, he has options like MBA and Law.Either way he is benifitted.

he have to continue study because graduation is not enough today to make good future , he should go for MBA for make career in corporate field

If your family is facing financial resource crunch or so, a wise option would be to go for a job and continue studies along with the job as part time. But if his interest is towards studies and he has no financial worries, .a good advice would be to continue to post graduation. M Com, MBA, MCA etc.a
