My younger brother want to do BE/Btech in Electronics. But he have less then 45% marks in PCM in 12th. what should he do?

Is there any AICTE approved university who offer BE for such student??

Many of the Top Engineering Entrance Examinations has 50% marks as eligibility Criteria , how ever you can check the eligibility of the State engineering exam you can appear for and other wise there are engineering colleges who also accept students in Management Quota
