My younger sister passed SSC Exams in 2012, how can she appear for direct Correspondence HSC, as she is at home because of illness.

Sir/Madam, Please guide, my sister hass passed her SSC Maharashtra Board in 2012, because of her health she cant attend any college, how and when she can go for direct HSC [commerce] studying at home. Please guide about Form 17 to be filled when and where. Thanks. Shabana Syed
