Myself Reshma and i completed my B.Sc in CS with 82 %. Im working as CSO and im not sastisfied with my role. Can u pls suggest good course?

I work hard and have received many awards for my performance but working as Customer support officer is not so satisfied job for me after completing B.Sc. Can u pls suggest good course for getting into counsellor jobs?
