myself working as assistant commandant in central police as group A officer selected by UPSC in 2009. want to shift from govt to private.
due to my family problem i want to shift from govt. to pvt sector. therefore suggest me my future course of action like how to get middle management position in pvt sector or should i go for any PG management course to get better job?
