N which collge of delhi should i apply for lateral entry n b.tech aftr 3 years diploma in mechanical engg. which is the best college for me?

Em have obtained 53% n my 12th class.and presently em persuing 3 yrz diploma in mechanical engg. , further i want to go for lateral entry in any of the bst colleges in delhi.in the same stream ma aggregate %age in the diploma is 55-60% . which is the best college for meh?
