Hi Rahul, Although, there is no concrete list specifically for Electrical Engineering colleges but few of the good Engineering Colleges which do provide Electrical as a stream: IIT Kharagpur, Faculty of Engineering and Technology ( Jadavpur University), University College of Science and Technology,
