Names of good universities offering masters in bioinformatics in Germany?

please give me the names of good universities offering a masters degree in bioinformatics in germany or other few European countries where annual fee is less than 1000 euros....... i have viewed sites like daad.de and study-in.de........ i'm not able to find the rite university........ please help
