Hi Sana,
If you have scored less than 50% in PCB, then you will have to forget seeking an MBBS program. Alternatively, you can sit again for your 12th exam and score above 50% in PCB. In case you have 50% plus, you have three options:
1. Apply via direct route - Sit for AIPMT or similar medical exam

One of the options you have is to repeat the XIIth std exam and this time try to do better and also in the PMT competitive exam. The other option is to get into a medical college through management quota seat.
