i have done btech from instrumentation and control i want to know, is there any universities in canada ,usa or germany which offer master degree in instrumentation and control engineering. or any post graduate diploma courses in my field.

Yes there are universities in the countries that you have mentioned for PG courses but wait for a moment and think that would it not be better if you do your PG from India, preferably from an IIT.
