i just completed 3 year of b.com. i want to pursue full time M.B.A. in U.S.A. i want some info about universities in U.S.A and their requirements. how much it cost with residence and food exp.??

With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you, as universities in US requires 16 years of education for admission in their MBA program.
There are many good universities in UK which offers MBA, however in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

You can give the entrance exam, but you cannot apply. You need to have at least 2-3 years of working exp while applying to foreign universities. And, secondly, the expenses are very high. I suggest you to do your MBA in India only, when we have plenty of reputed institutes, which provide quality education.

First of all, you are not qualified yet to pursue MBA from USA as there you require 10+2+4 years of education. In case of 3 years college degree, you require minimum 2 years of full time work experience. Admission is given based on GMAT and TOEFL scores. In USA, like India, state funded colleges have lesser tuition fees but only bright students with very good academic record get admission there.
