i just completed 3 year of b.com. i want to pursue full time M.B.A. in U.S.A. i want some info about universities in U.S.A and their requirements. how much it cost with residence and food exp.??

You can give the entrance exam, but you cannot apply. You need to have at least 2-3 years of working exp while applying to foreign universities. And, secondly, the expenses are very high. you have to give English proficiency test , after that you can apply cost is about 6-8 lakh in USA for MBA and 30-35 thousand per month living , food, transportation and other expenses

First of all, you are not qualified yet to pursue MBA from USA as there you require 10+2+4 years of education.
