Need guidance for growth?

i am comm. grad. and working as Sr.Merchandiser with an export firm. my growth has come to a stand still since last 1 yr. i am plannind to do MBA; part time or full time? pls advise. any suggested way, pls advise. thanks. also if any prof. related to computers, i am comp. savvy and creative also
