Need guidance for study abroad /higher studies options after MBA in India.

Hi , I had done my MBA in marketing from pune university n have worked for two years , now i wish to go abroad and study further please suggest some good courses that can boost up my educational qualification n help me find a good job , i am looking forward for Canada or US.
