Need guidance to plan my carrier...

I'm wrkg in one of d best MNC in d world (14yr) I'm in brand as a exec (last7-8months) but not done MBA. Done comp graphic course few yrs back as a hobby ! Interested in learning Germ Laung. from Max Muller (wk end course)wld like to do something as a back up plan,as no gurante abt pvt jobs.
