Need help on choosing the right career? confused wheather to opt for DW/BI, SAS, Oracle HRMS.

This is Raina. i did B.sc (Chem) & MPM. I have 4 yrs of exp in recruitment. Now i have desided to change the career path as i dont find any interest in HR/recruitment. want to do something in technical side. but heard that in oracle hrms there are less opprtunities. so which course should i opt for?
