Need Help! Please read the description. (B.com). I flung last year in North Bengal University. I guess this year also i'm going to fling.

I flung last year (2012) in North Bengal Unversity. I guess this year also i'm going to fling. Want to change the unversity. Want a government university where B.com accountancy honours is of semister basis. I've got 67% aggregate(12th, CBSE) and 59 in accountancy. Advice is very much welcome.Thanks
