Need information about SAP training

I have 10 yrs of IT industry experience - Microsoft technologies. I want to change my career from being in Microsoft technologies to something more niche / in demand, like SAP. Please suggest how I can go about shifting my skills to something new. Is there any other skills I can upgrade to / learn?
