Need more information on Ethical Hacking Courses from foreign university(after 12th)

I am a student of class 9th. I am interested to pursue career in Cyber security & Ethical hacking from some good foreign university(after 12th). Can you pls guide me on entrance exams & scholarships progs? Also can you please provide me contact details of Ms Swati Salunkhe for appointment?
