    Hi,
-Yes, CPA can be good for you if you wish to settle in USA or Canada. For India,CA is preferred.
Whether you will be able to pursue the course depends on whether you have researched/read about the subjects taught in CPA.You can see some sample question papers about the type of questions asked in CPA exams to get an idea.
-Passing a course depends on you and your determination.

    Hi,
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is the statutory title of qualified accountants in the United States who have passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination and have met additional state education and experience requirements for certification as a CPA.
CPA certificates / licenses are granted by individual states and jurisdiction rather than the US as a whole.
The requirements, which are set by each state board of accountancy, include: completing a program of study in accounting at a college or university, passing the Uniform CPA Exam, and obtaining a specific amount of professional work experience in public accounting.
