Need Suggestion regarding Distance education !

Hello, I have done B.Sc(IT) in 2011 and currently am a working professional (Technical Support) and now planning to start masters degree in IT through distance mode. Particularly PGDIT(Symbiosis) structure is good, but as they are giving PG degree, will it be beneficial in future? Please advice.
