hi dear
ms in hr will lead you in software field
if you have good hold on softwares then pursue it
also ms degree do not count if you dont have any experience
mba in hr is good for you as you can excel easily if you are from software field or not
rest depends upon you

Dear Vrinda, The MBA in HR is Good. The MS will be more beneficial for engg subject like Computer science etc..
