Need top university list and process of MS in robotics from Japan.I have completed btech in ece with 7.97 cgpa,need funding also.Guide me.

Completed btech in 2012 and now working as Project Linked Person At INDIAN STATISTICAL INSTITUTE , I dont have huge money backup so also need to survive in JAPAN beside study so need scholarship like things. 80% in secondary, 77% in +2 and 7.97 CGPA in btech ECE. Want to do MS in ROBOTICS from JAPAN
