I have shortlisted 2 univs from my admits i.e., University of utah & missouri university of science & technology-rolla. I need your guidance in selecting the university for MS in Computer Engineering? Please say me which univ is good? (If u are replying, please say why that particular university?)

University of Utah anyday. It comes under the top 40 universities for the computer engineering and has a better reputation and offers a better placement scenario. Don't think twice, go ahead and apply. Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
