need urgent reply i had done 12th from NIOS Board U must knw about that and i want to do 3d animation from arena institute of animation?

i am quite tensed about my future i need help, so plz help me if u knw bout dis.... i want to make a better career.... so can i do merchant navy from nios 12th....

    If you're creative, you can consider going for Design and Animation. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation.     Hi Ankesh,
    Please don't be confused. Choosing a stream entirely depends on your interest and skills.
    To enter Merchant Navy :
    ** You require, plus two (PCM) with 1 year pre-sea training as a deck cadet.
    ** After completing B.Sc.(Nautical Science) in the officer cadre, it will lead you to become captain after 5-7 years of experience.
    ** You can also join it directly after B.Tech in Marine Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Naval Architect.

    Hi Aneekesh,
    I know when people have 2powerfull and upcoming streams in front of them then they get confused and same is with you, Both the steam you are talking about has great scope and good future as well but do what you feel would be better for you as you have to do the course and you have to make your career so think and then go for a particular industry.
    Merchant Navy - Yes definitely as @manmeet Kaur 50173 said if you want to do B,sc in nautical or B.tech you have to have (PCM) as your subjects but if you doesn't have science you can join GP Rating Course (General Purpose Rating) which is related to service and maintenance of Deck
