Sir i have qualified in neet 2013 with 120 marks and 60.3620 percentile score i am from karnataka but opting seats in goa and i belong to sc category my goa state rank is 293(category rank) can i get seat

-ACPM Medical College
-Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences
-Smt. Kashibai Navale Medical College and Hospital
-Terna Medical College
