I think the scope of both the fields are almost equivalent because both deals with the most important parts of a human body. It might be the case the that number of cases relating to kidney disorders are less as compared to the nervous system but both the streams have good scope in India.

Scope of Neurology is higher than the scope of Nephrology. Even though both areas come under the field of Medicine, each of these areas is related to different parts in human body. As Neurology studies about the most important part of Human body, it has more scope than Nephrology.

I agree with your view point joy. Neurons form the most important component of a human body because they are responsible for every physical or sensory activity in a human. Hence the scope of neurology is definitely more as compared to nephrology.

HI
Neurology is a medical specialty which deals with the study of nervous system. Nephrology is a division of Internal Medicine which deals with the study of kidney and its functions.
