    In my mind I would suggest you to have the best of the choice you have that is neurology why? I will explain cause nephrology is a study everyone knows about that and it's a good specialisation but when you think about the neurology then that's where is the main thing is to be dug out it is deep full of myths around the world about brain if you pursuing this then you will love know more and more about the brain facts now I leave to your choice buddy all the best.

    I think the scope of both the fields are almost equivalent because both deals with the most important parts of a human body. It might be the case the that number of cases relating to kidney disorders are less as compared to the nervous system but both the streams have good scope in India.

    Scope of Neurology is higher than the scope of Nephrology. Even though both areas come under the field of Medicine, each of these areas is related to different parts in human body. As Neurology studies about the most important part of Human body, it has more scope than Nephrology.

    Neurology is a medical specialty which deals with the study of nervous system. Nephrology is a division of Internal Medicine which deals with the study of kidney and its functions.
