Next to m.b.b.s which coarse is scopeful .Shall i prefer b.d.s?

If you have option for MBBS then go for MBBS if not then go for BDS , after BDS you can go fro any specialty like in oral surgery or any other and open their own dental clinic you only need to give more time in practice in BDS
