NIFT or Pearl?

Hello! I have got admission at Pearl, Mumbai in masters course but I am also waiting for NIFT counselling, for MFM course. I know I will not get best centres in NIFT i.e. Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Gnadhi nagra. My question is, is it worth going for Hyderabad, chennai, kolkata leaving Pearl, Mumbai?
